Websites, voice agents and chat for restaurants in Delhi NCR
The reservation line rings in the middle of service.
Tell NexBuilt about your businessThis is where the hours go.
A restaurant in Khan Market or Sector 29 is full, the phone is at the host stand, and someone is asking for a table for four at 8:30 and whether the dal is Jain. NexBuilt builds the thing that answers that call, and a site that states the hours and the menu you actually serve.
- 01
The phone rings during Saturday service. Nobody can leave the floor. The table goes to whoever picked up.
- 02
Google still has last year's hours. The site, if it exists, has a menu file from two seasons ago. People walk in and walk out.
- 03
Reservations live in a diary, a WhatsApp chat and a note on the pass. The same name gets written three times, or not at all.
What NexBuilt does
What NexBuilt does about it.
What that changes.
- 01
The reservation line is answered during service. A table time, a party size, a note for Jain or no onion, then a message to the host.
- 02
A page that opens on a phone with today's hours and the menu you are actually running, not a file from last year.
- 03
The booking is written once and shows up where the floor already looks.
The ones people actually ask.
We already use a reservations book or an app. Will this fight it?
No. The agent books into whatever you already trust. If that is a notebook, we start by putting every WhatsApp and phone booking in one list the host can see.
Can it take orders, or only tables?
Tables, hours, whether you take walk ins, and the questions you already answer on the phone. Taking a full order across a menu is a different job. I will say so if that is what you need.
Do you only work with places in New Delhi?
I am based in New Delhi. I work with restaurants across Delhi NCR, including Gurgaon and Noida. The page says Delhi NCR because that is the area I can visit.
Guides
Written for this, not a generic page.
One person. New Delhi.
Tell NexBuilt what eats your week.
If it can be automated, NexBuilt will say so. If it cannot, you will hear that too. No proposal, no follow up sequence, just an answer.
