What this site collects

Nothing, through the page itself. There are no cookies, and the live response sets none. One third party script does load, the analytics beacon described further down, and nothing else loads from anywhere else: the content security policy sent with every response names the beacon and the site's own theme script, and refuses everything it does not name.

There are no forms anywhere on the site, so there is no field for you to type into and nothing for a page to submit. The tabs on the home page demos are radio buttons the stylesheet reads to switch a panel. They sit in no form and they are sent nowhere.

One thing is stored on your own device. Choosing light or dark writes the word light or dark to your browser's local storage, so the choice survives the next page. It stays on your device, it is not sent anywhere, and NexBuilt cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What the host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Asking any web server for a page necessarily reveals your IP address, the browser you are using and the page you asked for, because that is how a request works. Cloudflare handles those requests, and that data, as the host and under its own terms.

Cloudflare's dashboard shows aggregate figures, such as how many requests a page received. I have not enabled anything that shows me individual visitors.

When you message NexBuilt

Contact is WhatsApp and email. There is no form, so the only personal data NexBuilt holds about you is what you chose to send: your phone number or email address, your name if you gave it, and whatever you wrote.

It is used to answer you, and to do the work if the conversation becomes work. It is not used for anything else. NexBuilt is one person, Arnab Das, so no one else reads your message.

A WhatsApp message also passes through WhatsApp, which is Meta's service and runs under Meta's terms. That part is outside NexBuilt's control, the same as it is for any business you message there.

Messages are kept while the conversation is live and for 24 months after the last one, then deleted. Ask sooner and they go sooner.

What the analytics counts

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on this site. It is the only third party script on any page. It is here so NexBuilt can see whether anyone is reading at all, which pages they reach, and roughly where they are.

It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It does not build a profile of you and it cannot follow you to another site. What a page view records is the page you landed on, the address you arrived from if there was one, the browser and device type your request reports, the country that request resolves to, and how quickly the page loaded.

What NexBuilt sees is the aggregate: counts per page, referrers, countries and load times. There is no list of visitors, no session recording, and nothing in that dashboard that names a person.

The measurements sit with Cloudflare and are kept under Cloudflare's retention, not on anything NexBuilt runs. NexBuilt receives the counts, not the raw requests.

Under the DPDP Act

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies here. Under it you can ask what personal data NexBuilt holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased.

The way to do any of that is to email hello@nexbuilt.in. Arnab Das answers, because there is nobody else to escalate to. If an answer does not satisfy you, the Act provides for a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is written for business owners and is not directed at children. NexBuilt does not knowingly hold personal data about anyone under 18.

When this page changes

This page is dated, and the date moves when the words do. Anything that starts collecting data will be written here before it is switched on, not after.

Tell NexBuilt what eats your week.

If it can be automated, NexBuilt will say so. If it cannot, you will hear that too. No proposal, no follow up sequence, just an answer.
