Websites, voice agents and chat for coaching centres in Delhi NCR
Parents call while you are in the middle of a batch.
Tell NexBuilt about your businessThis is where the hours go.
A centre in Rohini or Laxmi Nagar spends the evening on the phone: batch timings, fees, whether this covers CUET or JEE. NexBuilt builds the thing that answers those calls and puts every enquiry in one place, so the batch is not the thing that loses.
- 01
Admission season means the phone rings through class. A parent who does not get through calls the centre down the road.
- 02
The same fee structure is typed into WhatsApp, a register and a spreadsheet. Someone gets the old number.
- 03
Walk-in parents, Instagram ads and the website form all ask which batch, which fee, which teacher. The answers live in your head.
What NexBuilt does
What NexBuilt does about it.
What that changes.
- 01
The phone is answered during a batch. Timings, fees, what you teach, and a callback if they want a counsellor.
- 02
An enquiry from Instagram, the form or WhatsApp lands in one inbox with an answer the same day.
- 03
Fees, batches and the weekly report are typed once. The copies update from that.
The ones people actually ask.
We already have a counsellor on the phone. Why add this?
So the counsellor talks to the parents who need a counsellor. The voice agent handles the fee for a course and when the next batch starts. You still make the admission call.
Can it talk about different courses without mixing them up?
It answers from a list you give NexBuilt: course, fee, batch times, who it is for. If a parent asks something that is not on the list, it takes a number and a message instead of guessing.
Do you work outside Mukherjee Nagar and Laxmi Nagar?
Yes. Those are where a lot of centres sit, and they are the ones I write this page for. I am in New Delhi and I work across Delhi NCR.
Guides
Written for this, not a generic page.
One person. New Delhi.
Tell NexBuilt what eats your week.
If it can be automated, NexBuilt will say so. If it cannot, you will hear that too. No proposal, no follow up sequence, just an answer.
