A NexBuilt guide · 5 September 2026
How soon will I see my money back on this?
Why nobody honest can name your payback date, and the three numbers from your own week that would.
Payback is the cost divided by extra completed jobs times your ticket, and you have to supply all three. That divide is the only honest date.
I cannot give you that date without your numbers. I will not guess the extra jobs.
A website starts at Rs 30,000 on the pricing page. Voice starts at Rs 25,000. Those are floors for the build, not a monthly, not a quote, and not a date.
The three numbers, from your week
Write them down. If you cannot, you do not have a payback date. Nobody does.
- The cost. Use the floor if the job is small and clear, or the number I give you after I have heard the week. Hosting in your name is a separate bill. I name that bill on the call, before I start. Do not pretend the floor is the final price if the site has to sync three chairs or the agent has to speak two course lists.
- Extra completed jobs in a week. A colour, a cut, a seat in a batch, an admission conversation that turned into a fee. Extra means jobs you can already see leaking, not a lift I promise. I cannot give you this number.
- Your ticket. What you charge for that job. Your fee, not a Delhi average.
Divide cost by (extra jobs times ticket). That is weeks, if the leak stays the same. It will not always stay the same. Admission season at a coaching centre in Rohini is not July. Saturday at a salon in Greater Kailash is not Tuesday. Use a normal week, not the best week you remember.
Is this worth the money is the same multiply without the date. How many more enquiries after a website is the page that will not invent extra jobs for you. How much a website costs in Delhi is what the site floor covers.
What I will not put in the formula
I will not put a guessed lift in the middle. I will not tell you a site brings two extra bookings a week. I will not tell you a voice agent fills the book in a month.
People leave after three seconds. Middle of that set: 8.8s and 2.4 MB. The sample I built: 1.7s and 89 KB. A page that arrives after they have gone cannot create extra jobs. A page that opens can be used. Used is not the same as paid back.
A voice agent can pick up while you are mid colour or in the middle of a batch. It can answer when you open, how to find you, what a service costs, and whether a slot is free. It says it is an assistant. The unusual call still needs you. If nobody is ringing, there is nothing to pick up. That is a downside. Software does not invent demand.
Chat, enquiries and automation start at Rs 15,000. I do not sell a bundle so the payback story looks neater. Start with the leak you can already name.
When a build is the wrong spend
The build is the wrong spend when you cannot point to a missed job, or when the hole is still the Google listing, or when the DMs sit because nobody answers. A date I invented would only hide that.
If the page you already run already opens and books on a phone, a new site is not the payback lever. If you already have a person who picks up, and the missed calls are rare, you may not need an agent. A custom build is not always needed. Usually under two weeks for a site. Voice and automation depend on what they touch.
Owning the work means the hosting bill is yours after handover. Put that in the cost line if you want an honest date. I will not hide it. You message one person.
A restaurant that is already turning people away on Saturday does not have a payback problem. It has a floor problem. A gym with a dead Facebook page and a quiet book has a page problem and a demand problem. Do not mix them.
What to do instead of asking me for a date
Count last week’s missed jobs. Write your ticket. Put the floor next to that product. If the divide is a number you can live with, and the leak is real, we can talk. If you need me to invent the middle number, we should not.
Then get in touch. Bring the three numbers from your week, or say you do not have them yet. I will name a figure from those three numbers. I will not invent a date when the spend comes back.
