How many more enquiries can I expect after getting a website?

Why there is no honest enquiry-lift number, and how to count what your own week already loses.

Count the people who left, the DMs that sat, and the form that nobody saw. That count is the most extra enquiries a website could have caught this week, and only if the page opened and someone then wrote.

I cannot give you a lift for next week. Anyone who names one without sitting your week is guessing. I will not do that to make a floor look smaller.

Your week already has a ceiling

A dental clinic in Green Park already knows the calls that rang through a filling. A gym in Dwarka already has the 10pm DMs about the quarterly fee. Those are not forecasts. They are the week.

Log seven days. One list, on paper or in a note.

  • The call that rang out, and whether they wrote later.
  • The Instagram that sat overnight.
  • The website form you found on Tuesday.
  • The person who said the page would not open, or who tapped away while it spun.
  • The walk in who asked a question your page should have answered.

Count them. That number is the most a better page could have caught this week, and only if the page opened and someone then wrote. It is not a promise for next week. A quiet July at a coaching centre is not admission season. A salon Tuesday is not Saturday. Use the week you are in.

Will a website bring more customers is the same refusal without the tally. Visitors but no enquiries is the week the page was seen and nobody wrote. How soon you will see money back is cost divided by extra completed jobs times your ticket. Extra jobs are not the same as extra enquiries. An enquiry that nobody answers is still a miss.

When the site is the hole

The site is the hole when people try to open it and leave. People leave after three seconds. I timed nine clinic pages: 8.8s, 2.4 MB, a 54. The sample: 1.7s, 89 KB, a 100.

If your page is in that 8.8s club, the lost enquiries include the ones who never arrived. You will not see them in the form. You will only see a quiet week. That is why the log needs the “page would not open” line, even if you only hear it from a friend who tried.

A restaurant whose menu file is two seasons old, or a clinic whose hours on the page do not match the door, loses the people who did wait. They arrived. They did not enquire. That is a different mark on the same list.

The site floor on pricing is Rs 30,000. Fast and mobile first, not a monthly, not an enquiry count. Usually under two weeks for a site. Ownership means the domain, host, and code sit in your name, not mine. One person to call.

When the site is not the bottleneck

The site is not the bottleneck when it already opens in under three seconds, and the leak is still the phone, the listing, or demand.

If nobody answers, a new page will fill a form that sits until morning. If the Google hours are wrong, people never reach you. If the book is empty because the road is quiet, a prettier hero will not invent a queue. A custom build is not always needed. If the page you have already works, I will say so and stop bothering you.

A voice agent, chat, or one inbox is a different job when the leak is the unanswered thread. Those start at Rs 25,000 for voice and Rs 15,000 for chat, enquiries and automation, on the same pricing page. I do not sell a bundle so the enquiry story looks complete. We pick the hole you logged.

What I will not tell you

I will not tell you a site brings a number of extra enquiries. I will not tell you a more expensive site brings more messages. I will not turn your log into a guarantee.

How many people then write depends on your area, your reviews, your hours, and whether a person replies. The log is the ceiling. The week after handover can sit under it, or look unlike it.

What to do with the list

Keep the list for one more week if this one felt odd. Then get in touch if the marks are real and the page is the hole. Bring the marks. I will name a figure for the hole. I will not name a lift.

The ones people actually ask.

How many more enquiries will I get after a website?

I cannot give you a figure. Count the people who left, the DMs that sat, and the form that nobody saw. That count is your ceiling for the week, not a promise.

How do I log a week of lost messages?

One list. Every call that rang out, every Instagram that sat overnight, every form you found late, every person who said the page would not open. Names if you have them. Marks if you do not.

When is the site not the bottleneck?

When the page already opens, and the leak is still an unanswered phone, a stale listing, or a book that nobody is asking for. A new site will not lift that week.
