A NexBuilt guide · 5 September 2026
Can I start with one thing and add the rest later?
Yes. Ship the leak you can already see, then talk about the next job, without a bundle that pretends the week is finished.
Start with the leak you can already see, ship that, and leave the rest until a second hole is real. A salon that loses Saturday slots on WhatsApp does not need a voice agent on day one, and a restaurant whose Maps hours are last year’s does not need a chatbot to hide that.
I will not wrap voice, chat and a site into one invoice so the first meeting looks complete. The later job is a later conversation.
What “one thing” looks like in a real week
A salon in Rajouri Garden whose WhatsApp is a pile of 2pm requests can start with chat on the channel people already use. Write the list once: hours, deposit, which Saturday colour slots are gone. Let that list answer while both hands are in foil. Instagram and the website form can stay messy for a month if those two piles are still small. Inbox work is the later card. Buy it when those three channels sit until Monday and the chair week is already the week.
A restaurant in Sector 29 whose dinner number rings through service starts with the phone. Hold the line they already print. Take a name, a time, and Jain or not, from a card you wrote. Fix the Maps hours the same afternoon if the pin still says shut at 6. That listing edit is free. A website waits until people still have no page for the menu after the missed rings are no longer the loud hole.
Do I need all of this, or just one part is the same split from the other side. WhatsApp chatbot or website chatbot is which channel if chat is the one thing. The cheapest thing that actually works is the free week before any of this.
Floors, if the one thing is a build: site Rs 30,000, chat Rs 15,000, enquiries Rs 15,000, voice Rs 25,000, one office job Rs 15,000. Each is a floor on pricing, not a ladder you must climb.
How adding later actually works
The first handover should leave you able to run the shop. Domain, host and files in your name for a site. The list you wrote for a bot or an agent, in your hands. When a second leak shows up, we look at that week, not at a contract that assumed it.
Six weeks later the Rajouri Garden salon may come back because Instagram, the form and WhatsApp now sit in three apps. That is a new conversation. NexBuilt will quote that pile when it is real. I will not have billed it on day one so the first invoice looked complete.
The Sector 29 kitchen may come back because the line is held and strangers still ask for a menu they can open on a phone. Then we talk about a page. Phone first, site later, is a sequence, not a discount for buying both in the same meeting.
I will not promise the second job is cheaper because you were a customer. I will not promise it is more expensive. I will say what that second job costs after I have heard it.
Usually under two weeks for a site. Voice and inbox work follow what they touch. I will not give you one calendar that fits a menu rewrite and a phone list.
What I will not tell you
I will not tell you every shop ends up buying all five. Plenty stop at the listing and WhatsApp Business, which is free to download.
I will not tell you waiting to add chat “loses” a number of members I cannot see. Count the pile you have. If it is small, wait.
I will not tell you a second card fixes a first card that never opened. Fix the wait, or keep spending on extras that nobody reaches.
I will not tell you a salon must buy voice because a restaurant did. The leak is local to the week. Copying a neighbour’s stack is how you pay for a quiet hole.
Downside of starting small
The other hole stays open. That is the point of starting small, and it is also the risk. A tidy WhatsApp with a page that still spins will still lose the person who refuses to chat. Write that down so you are not surprised.
A restaurant that holds the dinner line and still shows last year’s Sunday on Maps will still lose the table that trusted the pin. The phone job does not repair the listing. Do the free edit.
You will have two conversations instead of one. Some owners hate that. I would rather have the second conversation when the leak is visible than invent it now.
What to start with this month
Name one leak in one sentence. Attach the URL or the chat screenshot. Leave the rest off the note.
A useful sentence looks like this. Saturday WhatsApp sits until the colour is washed. Or the dinner number dies on the floor. Or the pin still says shut at 6. One of those is a job. Three of those in one note is a bundle I will split.
Then get in touch. NexBuilt will ship that sentence, or tell you the sentence you sent is already handled and the later cards can stay unbought.
