How much should a dental clinic spend on its website?

The same site floor as any other shop, what a Green Park clinic page actually has to do, and why I will not invent a clinic-only budget.

A dental clinic spends what the page has to do, not a special medical tariff I invented. The floor on the pricing page for a fast, mobile first website is Rs 30,000, and that line does not rise because the door says dentist.

I will not publish a Delhi clinic average. I have not quoted every chair in South Delhi. I will tell you what the page has to survive on a mid range phone, and how to see if yours is already doing that.

What the clinic page is for

Someone searches after work. They want services, whether you take walk ins, a map that matches the door, and a way to write while you are mid filling. If that wait is a wait longer than they will sit, they open the next clinic. Most people leave after three seconds.

I timed nine clinic URLs. The middle sat at 8.8s, 2.4 MB and PageSpeed 54. The sample I built against that pile landed at 1.7s, 89 KB and Lighthouse 100. Those are measurements of those pages, not a promise about yours.

How much a website costs in Delhi is the same floor without the chair. How a dental clinic stops missing calls is the phone, which is a different spend. Is this worth the money is the multiply with last week’s missed work.

A Vasant Vihar chair that already takes WhatsApp bookings still needs the page to name the same hours the door shows. Patients who search at 9pm will not wait for a theme that is still painting teeth.

What the after-work search actually asks

A Green Park search at 9pm is not a moodboard. It is services, walk ins, a pin that matches the lane, and a way to write while you are gloved up. If your current URL answers those four on a mid range phone, you may already be at the spend you need. If it still paints a hero while the next pin loads, the floor is the conversation, not a medical tariff.

I will not invent how many of those searches convert. Multiply last week’s missed slots by the ticket you already charge. Use that product next to Rs 30,000. If the product is smaller, keep the listing honest and stop. If it is larger, we talk about the page, not about a clinic-only brochure.

What pushes a clinic job above the floor

The starting number does not move because you bleach or you extract. These jobs do.

  • A booking into the diary you already trust, not a form that sits until morning.
  • More than one language on the same services list.
  • Photos and copy you will actually keep true after handover.

Voice on the clinic number is Rs 25,000, a different card. Do not add it to the site floor to make the meeting look complete. Pick the hole that is eating the week.

How to decide the number without a brochure

For one week, mark three things.

  • People who asked for a slot and could not get through.
  • People who opened the current page, if you have one, and left a message that nobody saw.
  • Your usual ticket for a new patient visit, the figure you already charge.

Multiply the missed ones by that ticket. If the product is smaller than the floor, stop. If it is larger, the floor can be discussed. I will not turn that multiply into a guarantee.

A custom build is not always the next step. If a builder page already opens on a mid range phone and takes a booking, keep it.

A Malviya Nagar clinic that already books from a light builder theme does not owe anyone a custom rebuild this quarter. Spend the floor only if the after-work search still dies on a spinner.

Downsides I will not skip

A site cannot invent reviews. It cannot pick up while you are gloved up. It cannot make a quiet colony busy. Spending the floor on a pretty hero while the listing still says you close at 6 is wasting the floor.

You have to keep fees and Saturday hours true. A clinic page with last year’s whitening rate is worse than a listing that is current.

Usually under two weeks for a site.

What to bring from the chair

Bring the URL patients already open, or say you have none. Bring last week’s missed slots, not a good week from last year.

Then get in touch. I will name a figure from those marks, or I will tell you the page on your own phone already holds the after-work search and the extra spend can wait.

The ones people actually ask.

Is there a clinic-only price?

No. The floor on the pricing page for a fast, mobile first site is Rs 30,000. The shop type does not move that line. The work does.

Does a clinic always need the full floor?

No. If the page you already run already opens and patients can book, keep it. I will say so.

Should I spend more because I am a clinic?

Not as a rule. Spend on the jobs the page has to do while you are gloved up, not on a medical look that still loads slowly.
