A NexBuilt guide · 5 September 2026
I am not technical at all. How much of my time will this take?
What a non-technical owner in Delhi NCR actually has to do, and the parts I cannot turn into a single hour figure.
Your time is a short call and a list of answers you already give out loud. You do not install anything, and you do not learn a dashboard to prove you were paying attention.
I cannot give you a single hours figure that fits every shop in Delhi NCR. A clean fee card is not Holi hours that live in three chats.
A website is usually under two weeks for me to build. That is my calendar, not a promise about your week. I will not turn “I am not technical” into a course. I will tell you the parts I cannot do for you.
What I cannot turn into one number
A dental clinic in Green Park with fees already on a card is not a gym in Dwarka whose Holi hours live in three trainer chats. The first owner already has the card. The second spends an evening arguing about whether Holi is a half day.
I have not sat your Thursday. A number I invented for “your time” would only make a messy week look like a plan. I will not do that.
What I can say is the shape. You are not installing servers. You are not learning a builder. You are not sitting in a kickoff with seven people. You are answering the questions your patients and members already ask, on paper, once.
The cheapest thing that actually works is sometimes not a build at all. If the Google listing still has last year’s hours, fix that before you give me a week. That is your time, and it is a better spend than a site on top of a lie.
A site, under two weeks, on my side
Usually under two weeks for a site. I am one person. If I am already in a build, I will say so. One person cannot take every job this month.
Your side of a site is the call and the list. What you do. The hours. The fees you are willing to put on a page. The address that matches the door. A way you already want people to write, usually WhatsApp. Photos only if you already have them.
You do not need a login I keep. The domain and the host are in your name. I will say what the hosting bill is before I start.
A site starts at Rs 30,000 on the pricing page. Floor, not a quote. How to choose a website developer is the hiring checklist if you are still deciding whether I am the person.
If the site you have already opens and books, this week of work is not the hole. I will say that on the call.
Automation needs the rule on paper first
Automation is one repeated job that follows a rule: the invoice, the dispatch, the Monday report, the fee that is typed into four places. What office work you can automate is the list.
Your time here is not a login. It is writing what happens when. If the rule lives only in a trainer chat, we write it down first. If you cannot say what happens when a fee changes, I cannot ask a machine to do it. That conversation is to write the rule, not to sell you a product.
How long that writing takes is why I will not give a universal hours figure. A clean fee list is short. A process that has never been said out loud takes longer, because we have to say it first. I will not pretend those are the same.
The automation floor on pricing is Rs 15,000. Voice and chat are different jobs. They still need the same list: the answers you already give. Voice and automation depend on what they touch.
What you actually sit through
A short call. Tell me what eats the week in plain words. No proposal deck. No follow up sequence.
Then you send the list, or we write it on the call if it is short. Prices. Hours. What a walk in is allowed to do. What happens when someone asks for something that is not on the list.
Then NexBuilt builds. You look at a working thing, not a timeline. You tell me the Tuesday hour is wrong, or the fee is last year’s. Small edits are part of keeping it running. You message a person, not a ticket queue.
You do not need to be technical for any of that. You need to know your own shop. If you do not know your own fees, that is not a technical problem, and I cannot solve it with a site.
What I will not do
I will not give you “two hours of your time” as a number that fits a clinic and a gym and a salon. That number would be a sales line.
I will not ask you to learn a stack so the project feels collaborative. I will not give you homework in a tool you will never open again.
I will not hide my own limit. I am one person. If the list never arrives, the two weeks do not start. That delay is yours. I will say so without dressing it up.
Then get in touch. Tell me what eats the week. If I can do it, I will say what I need from you in plain words. If the next step is a list you can write on a card, that is the whole technical bar.
